Sick Visits
We don't want your child to be sick, either.
Thankfully, we have a lot of ways to help.

Walk-in Visits:
-Hours are 8:30am-11:30am Monday-Saturday for existing patients. No appointment or phone call necessary.
-Patients will be seen by the first available provider during walk ins. If you would like your child seen by a specific provider, please call the office to schedule an appointment.
-Telemedicine "walk ins" are also available by calling the office.

Same-day Sick Appointments
If you can't make it to walk ins by 11:30am and you feel your child needs to be seen today, please call us. We have availability for same day sick visits in the afternoon but they are by appointment only. You can also schedule a same day sick appointment on MyChart.

Extended Sick Appointments
Sometimes you want to see your doctor, especially for more chronic or sensitive issues. Discussions of sleep training, feeding issues, behavior/school concerns, and developmental concerns are better suited for a scheduled extended ill visit with your primary doctor.

Telemedicine Appointments
We are happy to offer telemedicine appointments for select problems. Please see the telemedicine page for more details.

MyChart
1. MyChart messaging is for non-urgent issues. If you require immediate assistance, please call the office directly
2. If a MyChart message warrants further medical evaluation, we may call you to set up an appointment.
3. It may take up to 3 business days to receive a response from your provider for MyChart messages.
4. You may incur a charge for MyChart messages for medical advice given by your provider. There have been changes to insurance guidelines regarding telemedicine encounters (“Virtual Visits”), telephone calls, and electronic conversations via MyChart with our providers. Benefits related to these services vary by insurance company and you may be responsible for copay, coinsurance, and deductible amounts.
